Prior arrangement must be made for late check in time and late check out time.

Deposit

A deposit of 50% upon reservation.

A deposit will be required for the remote of electric gate, and will be returned upon check-out and remote found in good order.

Cancellations

Upon any cancellation the following would be applicable:

8 - 14 75%
15 - 21 50%
